Specific implementation/support expertise required on Transportation Management applications. Utilize technical area expertise to assess, select, manage and implement enterprise application components, and to ensure that the technical solution solves the business problem as an organic part of the organization's operational and functional baseline. Determine application inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area's ability to support/meet organizational goals. Application configuration design Support technical strategies that will improve productivity across functional areas within the organization. Educate others with regard to product-specific best practices. Prepare testing scripts and conduct testing and validation processes. Design and develop functional specifications for RICE-W objects. Work collaboratively with Government personnel, CSC colleagues and other contractor personnel to design, develop, configure and deploy across multiple agencies a global solution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Six or more years of experience in business analysis and enterprise vendor product implementation Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or vendor-mandated methodology Experience working with integrated structure of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) product environment Experience working with how the client's current and future state business processes map to the packaged application being implemented Other Qualifications APICS certification is a plus. Should have 3-5 years industry experience, Federal Supply Chain a major plus. The incumbent must be highly skilled in all aspects of the Oracle Transportation Management, and their relationships to the Supply Chain Management applications and processes. They should have a strong financial functional foundation, and exposure to the technical foundation supporting the applications. Applicant should have experience facilitating workshops, writing and running test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
