Candidates will participate in the J2EE based development activities for a large Oracle Application Server based Enterprise Portal. Candidates should possess experience in the following areas8 + years experience with complete Software Development Lifecycle in J2EE Expertise in integrating J2EE, .NET, Oracle BI and Lotus based applications with Oracle Portal Working knowledge of advanced technology features including middle tier clustering, web caching, OID/Single Sign-On, SSL, File/Content toolkits, Discoverer Hands on familiarity with Section 508, NIST security guidelines Hands on familiarity with UNIX and Windows Operating Systems, and web application deployment methodologies. Design concepts using UML Understanding of Knowledge Management and capability of developing enterprise taxonomy In-Depth familiarity of implementing Model-View-Controller architecture using J2EE (Struts, Spring Framework) Experience implementing a persistence layer using Hibernate, Toplink or EJB Experience in design and implementation of Enterprise Java Bean and Web Services Knowledge of utilizing open source software such as JUnit, Ant for testing and building applications Experience developing Portlets in Oracle Application Server as extensions of Web development environment using Java technologies (servlets, Java Server Pages) Experience writing Stored Procedures using Oracle PLSQL Understanding and implementation of Collaborative Environments such as Discussion Forums, Calendar and Task lists

OptionalDatabase design, PLSQL development, and performance tuning skills Oracle Application Server Tuning Experience in implementing Service Oriented Architecture Oracle Collaboration Suite Development and Configuration Experience Familiarity with Message Oriented Middleware and Enterprise Integration with external systems Qualifications
