Oracle Database Administrator with Data Archving Live Archive Stamford CT

Need a very senior Oracle DBA / architect developer with SQL server to help to define transations and do data archiving work closley  with  the business and users to determine  how each application works with the database .  Must have good communication skills to communciate how the project is going  to users. HP Live Archive expereicne or experince in Data Archiving  very helpful.
