Additionally Oracle training is available to all DBA staff. The Oracle Applications DBA Consultant/Contractor will work on major Oracle Application implementation in the Southern California area. Qualifications include: Location of initial assignment is the greater Los Angeles area Must be a seasoned Oracle DBA with documented working experience Must have hands on Oracle Application (Release 11/Release 12) DBA experience Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking capabilities Ability to review the client Oracle Apps infrastructure and advise on, best practice, etc Document client Apps infrastructure and advise on best practices, etc Be lesion for client in interacting with their System Integrator Must have Oracle 10g DBA skills Oracle 10g RAC and GRID skills a big plus Must perform consulting engagements at client sites. Consulting experience a big plus but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills Must have strong Verbal and Non Verbal communication skills Working experience with Oracle 9iAS and 10g application server a plus Desire to teach Oracle Training Classes a plus but not required.
