This manager will assist in leading a team of technology professionals in creating and improving a portfolio of web-based applications that service $2B of client transactions annually. The Client Technology Program Manager will lead the conception and launch of industry-changing applications considered critical to our overall company growth strategies, and will be chartered with building a team that can rapidly launch multiple innovative products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, execute and contribute to technology product development roadmaps Experience launching business intelligence products/decision tools Plan and manage product release cycles; maintain the backlog of requests and queue up release packages Lead 1-3 projects and facilitate Scrum design sessions. Within these projects, virtually lead a team of up to 10 developers, testers, project stakeholders, release specialists. Provide leadership in application design from the user experience perspective Design industry leading apps, collaborating with User Experience, Architecture, and Marketing teams. Coordinate quality testing with QA function and define unit testing processes for developers Required ExperienceLeading design and development of high volume business-to-business web applications Product launch leadership experience, including concept brainstorming and post-launch marketing efforts 10+ years technical experience

Desired Experience Entrepreneurial mindset towards creating new product offerings and selling product concepts to leadership and customers Experience with Test Driven Development as a requirements gathering strategy Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies a plus Experience with web analytics technologies and utilizing traffic analysis to recommend changes in product development Automotive/Transportation/Fleet Management industry experience a plus Experience with delivering web-based business intelligence applications, such as OLAP query tools or Flash-based dashboards a plus

Education/TrainingBachelor's degree in technical field such as Computer Science MBA a plus, as this role requires broad strategic planning skills to validate product opportunities PMP certification a plus
