Location: San Diego, CA 92129 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Pay Rate: 30.00 - 39.00 USD /hour Reference Code: 5355448663 APPLY BY E-MAIL! Work in a cross-functional capacity and provide project management support for online display (banner) advertising. 8 month project October through May 2009Complete Description: 40% Team Support Project management for all online advertising landing pages, including test and non-test pages35% Online Display Advertising Support Identify and communicate project goals, identify and gain cooperation from necessary stake holders, identify and coordinate acquisition of necessary resources, create and communicate schedules, and provide detailed tracking and status of project progress, issues, risks, etc. Attend weekly performance review calls with key banner advertising partners Track weekly deliverables form Intuit, the agency, and the partner Assist in organizing mid and post season advertising partner review meetings Coordinate with the Turbotax.com Content Manager and Social Marketing Manager to integrate content, tools, and social media components into overall online advertising plan Submit banner and landing page creative to legal for review as needed QA of media traffic sheets and weekly trafficking – keeping an eye on all our placements – spot check live campaigns for errors in creative or tracking Support analytics team to assist with development and QA of display reports25% Assist Affiliate Manager(s) Review Affiliate Application for TurboTax and Quicken Compliance checks – capture screenshots, identify violator, and notify networks Researching missing transactionsQualifications Learner, Self-Motivated, Organized. Candidate must be able to function independently, have excellent writing and editing skills, strong verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills (Excel skills critical), be dependable, detail-oriented and well organized. Experience executing online advertising tests for direct response campaigns is required. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
