On Site Administrator
1. Replace device supplies as needed, to include: toner, ink, paper, staples, etc 2. Order and stock required supplies at device locations 3. Monitor printers utilizing WebJet Admin for page count activity, toner, activity. 4. Respond to printer support calls and engage Client for break/fix support 5. Re-configuration of devices and drivers (if needed during routine maintenance or post-Client break/fix calls). 6. Configuring the Client tools to notify the appropriate Site Administrator, where applicable, and designated Customer personnel, of alerts when equipment is not working properly or is low on toner. 7. In instances where the Site Administrator replaces a cartridge, the Site Administrator will recycle the cartridge in accordance with a mutually agreed upon process, documented in the Procedures Documentation (to be provided to subcontractor). 8. Clearing non-recoverable paper jams in equipment where Customer is unable to do so. 9. Cleaning the glass on equipment when the Site Administrator visits equipment. At Customer’s discretion, equipment users may clean glass as needed between regular visits by the Site Administrator without impact or detriment to the Service Level requirements. 10. Run regular tests of equipment. 11. Respond to alerts from Client managed systems or the Customer Help Desk queue. 12. Providing ad hoc assistance on a best efforts basis on equipment usage for End Users as identified by Customer. 13. Acting as a technical liaison after implementation 14. Managing the preventative maintenance process for all equipment 15. Physically inspecting equipment during regular maintenance visits 16. Using Client tools (WebJet Admin), running a test of network attached equipment 17. Proactively identifying incidents or maintenance issues (Service Level check-ups) 18. Identifying any incidents with non-functioning or soon to be non-functioning equipment 19. Logging all activity in Client’s call management system 20. Performing maintenance activities defined by the equipment manufacturer (on as-needed basis) 21. Escalating incidents Site Administrators cannot fix and following up to ensure that Service Levels are met 22. Being available for brief questions from 8:00 – 5:00, local time, to provide ad hoc training (on a “best effort” basis) 23. Site Administrator to escalate and engage technical support and Client break-fix services when they cannot find resolution 24. Monitor to confirm that Client services and resources have resolution for the incident 25. Alert the Client Account Deployment Manager of any issues where service level agreements are not being met Company: Modis, Inc.
