Office Technology Coordinator

Position Description:

This full time position is based in our Phoenix, Arizona Office, though limited travel may be required.In this job you will provide computer support for the Phoenix Office staff as an extension of the Chicago Computer Services Division. This will include PC computer setup and installing desktop and notebook PCs, monitors and printers for end users. You will trouble shoot PC related hardware and software problems while offering technical support and guidance to users, in person or remotely. You will perform swaps of PC's for users (including imaging, setup, data transfer, delivery and installation). Other responsibilities include providing support of mobile, wireless and VPN technologies, providing support for Videoconferencing, Internet collaboration meetings, and video/audio equipment, and maintaining communications, network equipment and network servers and printers under the direction of Chicago LAN Administration.Sargent & Lundy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and strong working knowledge of desktop and laptop computer hardware / components and Windows XP. The candidate will have good communication and customer service skills, the ability to follow established guidelines, be organized and see tasks through to completion. Experience with Novell, ZENWorks, Lotus Notes and Blackberry devices is preferred. A+ certification is a plus.Please include salary history and expectations with your resume.
