Office/ Personal Assistant
Our company specializes in technical and management disciplines associated with Information Services and Technology. CAI was founded in 1981 to provide information services to organizations of all sizes, and has focused from the beginning on distinguishing itself from its competitors through innovative, value-based offerings.
We are currently looking for an Office/Personal Assistant to our CEO. The working hours may vary from week to week. Mostly, the work week is Monday through Friday. This person may need to work 40 hours per week at times (i.e. during specials events). But, at other times, the work hours will be considered part time.
The successful person will be responsible for the following tasks:
· Provide support duties to the organization as needed, including but not limited to making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, conducting topical research as requested by CEO, and running general errands.
· Schedule, maintain, and update calendars and agendas
· Serve as a Special Events Coordinator for company sponsored fundraising activities
· Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for shipping
· Provide administrative services to executive staff by preparing documents, copying documents, getting office supplies, kitchen supplies, etc
· Work independently to complete executive requests.
· Proficient with the MS Office Suite.
