This position is an Obstetrical Sales Specialist sales rep for Metro NY/NJ Region. Your Responsibilities: This position is an Obstetrical Sales Specialist sales rep for Metro NY/NJ Region.The Account Manager position is responsible for achieving assigned territory quota for sales of Philips OB Monitoring Solutions within assigned hospital accounts, selling Fetal Monitoring solutions for the OB and OBTV areas of the hospital. You will call on all levels of the assigned accounts including, Nursing Administration, Department Managers, Purchasing/Materials Management, Biomedical Engineering, and Information Technology. The Account Manager will provide monthly forecasting of business with the focus on maintaining funnel of deals. Candidates must have the ability to work well across the Philips internal organization including, Service and Installation Teams, Andover Business Development Groups and Product Divisions. Represent ONE Philips and work with all Product Divisions to best leverage products and maximize business within accounts. Your Profile: Ideal candidate will be located in the Metropolitan NY/NJ area and have 3-5 years of previous capital equipment sales experience in the medical/healthcare arena. Candidates must have extensive experience in one of more of the following areas; sales, clinical/nursing, technical/biomedical engineering or information technology. Previous experience selling to hospital customers in the Metro NY/NJ area is highly desired. A proven track record of consistent top sales performance is required, candidates will be asked to provide documentation of past sales success. BA/BS degree required, experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Position requires frequent lifting of equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
