The position involves development work predominantly in Oracle but also in Java. Requirements: Job Requirements:______________• 5 years Oracle development (Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL) • 5-7 years of object-oriented design and development of n-tier applications experience in multiple languages and related technologies (JAVA/J2EE, .NET, Web Services). • Relational Data Modeling expertise • Database integration with a Java middle tier • ETL and data-warehouse design knowledge • Knowledge of PERL and SOA. • Knowledge of Software Architecture, Design Patterns, and Middleware. • Understanding of Web Service concepts, WSDL, XSD, XML. • 3+ years as technical lead for design and development. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with associates at all levels within the organization. • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes.• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.ABOUT VOLT: __________Volt is recognized as one of the select few staffing services listed in the Fortune 1000.
