OPNET Network Engineer

The major tasks include, but are not limited to:1. Provide technical guidance on using OPNET software tool suite to support different M&S requirements, such as transport modeling, IP modeling, application analysis, and GIG end-to-end performance.2. Support and oversee the development of DISN baseline transport models 3. Support the DISN circuit provisioning and modeling 4. Improve the transport modeling and circuit provisioning processes 5. Integrate the provisioning data to support transport model development.The position requires a strong background on modeling and simulation fundamentals, especially on using OPNET M&S products that include OPNET Modeler, IT Guru, SP Guru Transport Planner, and OPNET ACE.
