Relevant Work Experience:: 2+ to 5 Years Education Level: High School or equivalent Description:General Summary/Overview Statement Acts as the central point of contact for McLean Hospital Information Systems and Telecommunications related concerns. Communicates issues to appropriate IS or Telecommunications staff for resolution. Provides quality customer service to hospital staff.
