Location:Â Dallas, TX 75217 Employment Type:Â Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Expected Duration:Â 7+ to 10 Years Pay Rate:Â depending on experience Reference Code:Â 100752181 Oasis Program Mgr 5 years of ERP implementation experience. Must have lead or coordinated at least one (1) major ERP development and roll-out (YANTRA or SAP preferred). Primary Objective: In broad terms, briefly state the major purpose or primary objective of this position. Responsible for crafting the overall test plan, managing the testing process, and planning/managing the overall product roll-out for client's Yantra project nationwide to over 250 stores. Responsible for managing a multi-site Implementation Team tasked with the conversion of all locations onto client's Yantra solution.Major Functions and Scope: Using brief narrative statements, describe each major function or responsibility explaining the scope of the function as appropriate.Coordination and Leadership 1. Lead priority setting process with Business owners and sponsors. 2. Manage and track issues and coordinate resolution with functional and IS team members and management. 3. Collects information and conducts lessons learned sessions from each site roll-out.Implementation Support 1. Ensure implementation plan meets project objectives and aligns with corporate and departmental strategies/direction/vision. 2. Assists with the development of an Implementation Troubleshooting Guide to be used during the go-live period. 3. Works with implementation specialists and answers technical questions regarding implementation of the solution. 4. Maintains continuous improvement of all implementation processes. 5. Assists in the development and publication of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the implementation project. 6. Tracks and communicates essential implementation milestones. 7. Ensures implementation coordination with status reporting, timely escalations and coordinating with team members.Change / Release Management 1. Reviews User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans. 2. Manages new implementation requests, changes in implementation prioritization, and changes in resource availability. 3. Negotiates changes into releases with Business and IS owners then schedules and communicates changes.Project Planning and Tracking 1. Publish project scorecard and status reports weekly. 2. Prepare material for Executive Steering Team meetings. 3. Oversee development and refinement of implementation tools and methodologies (work plans, schedules, status reports, etc.). 4. Ensures implementation plan compliments/integrates with the project methodology and produces quality deliverables.Risk Management 1. Participates on Risk Management Team. 2. Monitors all program activities and informs management of all determined and perceived risks to business continuity or success. Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Supervision: Describe the education, knowledge required, years of experience, specific skills and abilities required to do the job on a fully competent basis. Education and Knowledge: Describe the educational background and knowledge that are required. Bachelors degree in business or related field. Experience: Describe the work experience(s) that are required. 5 years of ERP implementation experience. Must have lead or coordinated at least one (1) major ERP development and roll-out (YANTRA or SAP preferred). Total of 10 years experience in Project Management.Competencies: Describe the specific skills required for this position in terms of technical, managerial, interpersonal skills and unique abilities. Excellent verbal and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. Must be able to develop and deliver presentations as well as develop written materials for use in communicating with a large, culturally/geographically diverse customer base. Ability to work efficiently by meeting deadlines without sacrificing the quality of the services. Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
