Network Engineer
JOB PURPOSE:
IT professional with 2-3 years of experience that has the ability to resolve an array of computer related issues for our clients, along with managing ongoing network projects.
DUTIES:
* Maintains our Client's Networks including the WAN & LAN Infrastructure, Servers & Backups, PCs, Switches, Routers, and VOIP Solutions.
* Manage / Lead a variety of ongoing and future IT Projects and Implementations
* Resolve Client Issues on a Daily basis via Phone Support, Remote Support or Live Dispatch.
* Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting / Record Keeping is Expected and Required
REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to work with other Network Engineers in a Team Environment
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, hard-working, customer service oriented computer professional * Odd Hours, & sometimes long days
* Daily Travel to client locations by auto mostly within the state of Massachusetts
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Network Maintenance, Maintaining Positive Client Relationships, Resolving Conflicts, System Administration, Proprietary Software Applications, Network Hardware Configuration, VMware, Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Windows (Win 7, Vista, XP, 2000, ME, 98, NT, DOS).
