Network Control Center Engineer
Graphnet, a leading provider of interactive multi-media electronic business communications services has immediate opening for a Network Operations Technician. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the Network Operations and Systems Administration fields and poses the following skills.
Working knowledge of operating systems including UNIX (SCO, Solaris), NT/2000/2003/XP and Linux Experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls and VPN devices. Experience in alarm monitoring software systems such as HP Openview. Working knowledge of messaging applications such as IIS, MQ Series, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes and UNIX based email systems such as Sendmail. Strong operational knowledge of basic productivity applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in basic UNIX Shell scripting a big plus. Experience with Telco equipment a big plus.
Additional qualifications:
Must poses good communications and troubleshooting skills. Flexibility to work different shift as needed (the NOC is operational 24*7) is a major plus.
