Network Analyst

Local Charlotte Retail Company is Looking for a Network Monitoring Analyst!Our Charlotte-based retail client is looking for a Network Monitoring Analyst. The Network Analyst will provide day-to-day monitoring of network devices and circuits for corporate office, stores, regional offices and distribution centers. Provide day-to-day add/move/change support for Voice, Data and Paging. Provide day-to-day support for telecom issues and network devices for stores, corporate, regional offices and distribution centers. Coordinate repairs with outside vendors Interface with vendors and internal staff. Provide reports and documentation as required. Tracking and ordering network inventory items. Able to learn on the fly, work well with others, make quick decisions and meet deadlines. The work schedule is Monday Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (may have a time change, but still will be daytime hours M-F).
