National Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated, experienced professional to drive our sales and marketing strategy and meet business objectives associated with a significant expansion of our client base for this growing business.Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:' Has primary responsibility for growing revenue of the company through direct sales activities.' Assist in developing and executing marketing and sales strategy.' Owns the sales cycle from prospecting to closing; find, develop, and qualify a pipeline of prospective clients and potential leads through networking, cold-calling, trade shows, personal and professional networking, warm calling using referrals or business references, and/or other sources.' Uncover new market opportunities.' Conduct research and competitive analyses associated with new opportunity pursuits.' Build company name recognition in competitive environments by leveraging contacts.' Willing to travel to meet and present to prospective clients and attend industry conferences and trade shows.' Analyze and respond to REPs.' Maintain prospect database.' Deliver customized and high-quality sales presentations. Education and Experience Requirements:' BA/BS degree is desirable.' Exceptional organizational and verbal and written communication skills. ' Excellent business acumen and industry acumen.' 10+ years experience in direct business-to-business sales specifically selling technical and helpdesk outsourcing services; history of penetrating new accounts from multiple points; consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.'Comfortable and effective in cold-calling and reaching and selling to high level decision-makers.' Must possess a high level of initiative, motivation, and confidence and believe in own abilities to succeed.' Ability to develop strong rapport with potential clients, address concerns, generate enthusiasm and close the deal.'Good listener and able to adapt the message to meet objections.' History of establishing and maintaining C-level relationships.'Excellent presentation skills; ability to present information effectively andpersuasively in a variety of settings (public/private, virtual/physical).
