IIS has an opening for a Mid-Level Analyst/Administrative Assistant position in the National Capital Region – Pentagon, Crystal City & Arlington, VA. This position requires the incumbent to possess a current Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain an SCI.
The Administrative Assistant will be supporting contractor and government personnel. Personnel will be required to provide all levels of administrative support to include but not limited to office management, correspondence management, records management and database management. Personnel must also accomplish these tasks in a timely manner so as not to cause undue delay in the Habeas Corpus litigation of cases in the Federal Courts or potential Criminal prosecutions undertaken by the OMC. Personnel must be able to plan, organize and coordinate work in a complex inter and intra office environment where diverse demands are commonplace. Personnel must be willing and able to perform all other professional task that may arise.
· Minimum 4 years experience as an administrative assistant.
· Familiarity with the military and DoD.
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Must be customer focused and have excellent verbal and writing communications skills.
· Ability to interact with all levels of government in a friendly and effective manner.
