Microsoft Dynamics Business Systems Analyst

Microsoft Dynamics Business Systems Analyst

Gibson Guitar, the world's premiere musical instrument manufacturer is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Business Systems Analyst to become a member of our corporate IT team delivering business solutions to our global enterprise.

Responsibilities

· Configure/develop and implement major business systems software and components such as Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics), Business Objects, MS CRM and other various integration tools.

· Technical liaison to business systems groups for application support.

· Support change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations.

· Leverage understanding of ERP and CRM systems to drive functional improvements and identify areas for process development.

· Drive effective usage of business systems to maximize solution value.

· Ensure database reliability and integrity and execute system test plans.

· Maintain development, staging and production environments.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.

· Must have ERP application administration experience in Microsoft Great Plains with emphasis in manufacturing, inventory systems and or Microsoft CRM.

· Candidate must possess a proven competence with development methodologies, QA fundamentals, process documentation and project management.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative environment.

· Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation (including business and system requirements, business process diagrams and data flow diagrams).

· SQL skills (proficient with queries and mild scripting).

· Exceptional customer service, organizational and time management skills.

· Technical knowledge and fundamental concepts of databases (preferably MS SQL) and general networking.

· Report writing skills highly desirable (preferably with Crystal Reports or Microsoft SQL Reporting).
