Meditech Clinical Application Analyst

Promise Healthcare, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced full-time Meditech Clinical Application Analyst.  Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, STD, LTD, 401k, tuition reimbursement and generous paid time off. The Meditech Clinical Application Analyst serves as the day-to-day contact person for the department, facilities and vendors regarding HCIS modules.  Primary applications include Lab, Pharmacy & ITS.  Provides secondary support for other applications.  Provides ongoing support for installed systems.  Resolves system issues and problem.  Adheres to service level agreement standards.  Provides excellent customer service.Additionally, the Meditech Clinical Analyst leads / manages system installations/enhancements of both software and hardware.  Develops and maintains detailed work plans indicating target dates, resource requirements, responsibilities and status.  Keeps management informed regularly  of project status and critical path dates. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 6 years Business, IT or Healthcare experience required Minimum 2 year Meditech experience Previous Project Management, Project Implementation or IT systems analysis or programming experience required Those currently pursuing BS degree may be given consideration if Meditech experience exceeds 5 years Speciality expertise in System Support area preferredOther requirements: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Initiative in enhancing system performance Problem solving/troubleshooting skills Clinical and operations experience with Lab, Pharmacy or a healthcare clinical department Good manual dexterity, travel mobility Ability to travel Knowledge of Meditech's multi-facility shared database capabilities and limitations Knowledge of Meditech's Corporate Management Software Understanding of wiring diagramsLicense, Registration and Certification (desired, not required) Pharmacy Technician or Registered Pharmacist Medical Technologist    Company: Promise Healthcare Location: Boca Raton, FL 33431 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: IT/Software Development Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Company: Promise Healthcare Email: Apply by Email Reference Code: MCAABRPH
