Maximo System Implementation Analyst

Global engineering company is looking for an experienced Maximo consultant to provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership on a project to upgrade to Version 6.  This position will work with both business process and technical teams to analyze and assess the “current state” of the existing Maximo system, define the “future state” functional and technical requirements, and provide system design, configuration, and implementation support.  Maximo is currently being utilized to support global operations and maintenance functions.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 Work with business process leaders to identify and document current business processes and functional requirementsEstablish and confirm  “As Is” Maximo system functional and technical design and configurationAnalyze integration requirements between Maximo and other systems (e.g., SAP)Perform functional and technical gap analysis to identify system design and configuration requirementsDevelop and provide guidance and Maximo system expertise to develop the “To Be” system architecture and functionalityProvide Maximo functional and technical expertise to develop system design and implementation strategySupport the system upgrade/implementation efforts



Experience

 10+ years IT industry experience5+ years providing Maximo system design and implementation servicesIn-depth knowledge of designing enterprise level technical architectures to support large scale, global Maximo implementationsIn-depth knowledge of facilities maintenance and asset management business processes and related Maximo system functionalityDemonstrated experience with business process and workflow documentation, system technical design specifications, and system implementation planning documentation
