The Healthcare business of Thomson Reuters provides insights -- information, benchmarks and analysis -- that enable organizations to manage costs, improve performance and enhance the quality of healthcare. The Marketing Analyst provides analytic and consultative support to crmView clients as well as: Mine client databases using Oracle SQL and crmView 2.0 to run reports, generate counts and create lists for direct marketing campaigns Conduct various kinds of analyses to identify strategies and tactics to increase customer retention and acquisition and to measure the effectiveness of client marketing campaigns Summarize analyses in a format that is meaningful to the client and utilize data to make recommendations on marketing strategies Use consumer research in conjunction with client data to profile the best targets for direct marketing initiatives Ensure key stakeholders within subscribing organizations derive value from the organization's ongoing participation with Solucient CRM product and services Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years related experience preferred or Master's degree with 1-3 years experience or equivalent professional experience Experience and knowledge of relational database architecture, marketing, and data analysis Experience managing multiple projects and multi-tasking Health care industry experience preferred Strong analytical and computer skills, preferably SQL, SPSS, or Access Proficiency in Microsoft product suite Detail oriented Ability to clearly communicate both in oral and verbal forms Thomson Reuters employees take pride in providing our customers around the world with information that is timely, accurate, unbiased and trusted.
