Manufacturing Your Responsibilities: -Create and implement manufacturing strategy for long-term development of the Company--Use Lean Manufacturing principles to drive shop floor improvements and performance-Define and deploy Self-managed work teams to shop floor-Implement new and improved plant processes, methods and systems to drive continuous improvement into business that delivers P&L Targets-Reports directly to Plant Manager Your Profile: -Ten years of manufacturing and production management and supervision.-Results oriented professional with proven decision making and problem solving capability.-Excellent communication and presentation skills-Proven P& L success-BS Engineering, MS and/or MBA preferred-Lean (TPS) experience pre-requisite-Six Sigma experience highly desirable Contacts: Philips Notes Philips is an equal opportunity employer.
