We offer: * Company paid life insurance, long-term disability pay, short-term disability pay, and optional supplemental insurance. * Full medical, including prescription drug coverage, Dental, and Vision * 401K with 100% company match up to 4% with no vesting period. * Profit sharing that is added directly to your 401K of 1% of salary up to $2050 * Employee Stock Option Purchase Plan in which you can purchase stock for 95% of our stock’s opening or closing price (whichever is lower) * Work/life balance is important to us, you accrue 20+ days of paid time off per year and we actually want you to take it! …and an additional 9 paid holidays Position Description Description:* Leads 1 to 5 major Focus Accounts, establishing CXO-level relationships to influence strategic initiatives.* An active contributor to strengthening current solutions or developing new solutions* Understands the respective verticals to which account base is aligned* Understands and effectively executes account planning methodology* Leads pursuit development efforts* Leads consulting delivery for multiple accounts and medium-sized projects, providing oversight and coaching to ensure project delivery remains within specified scope, on time and on budget; takes necessary steps to mitigate risks.* Manages engagements at or above Gross Margin target* Cultivates internal and external executive relationships* Provides coaching and mentoring to account team members and trains team members in organizational, business, and technical skills* Provides career direction and guidance to team membersQualifications:* Ability to gain and sustain executive relationships as a trusted business advisor* Ability to drive an acceptable engagement gross margin at or above Gartner Consulting standards* Understanding of the client's business and industry* Demonstrated ability to sell and lead delivery of complex engagements* Highly experienced at leading engagement teams, including coaching* 10-15 years experience in consulting (ideally with a Tier 1 Consultancy)* Understands the business and economics of consulting* Can operate in a team environment* Can drive GC value proposition* Has presentation/written communications skills at an executive level * Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or a related field is required.
