Job Description:

The Manager of IT Operations is responsible for understanding the companyâ€™s information technology, telephony and network needs and managing the day-to-day operations of the department to support corporate IT needs, production applications and related infrastructure.

You will also be responsible for managing the Operations and Systems staff to ensure that LAN/WAN, VPN and VOIP networks, Desktop applications, Enterprise ERP applications, Data and all related infrastructure are available, performing to expected standards and are secure and protected.

Manages operations department staff, operations, projects, financial/budget matters, assets, procurement, and vendor relationships to provide first-class information technology support with consistency in delivery and cost with minimal variability.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Telephones, Systems Administrations, Microsoft Server and Active Directory, Cisco, Tivoli, Linux, and Unix.
