This opportunity is for full-time employment with an international leader in the industry. DETAILS We are currently seeking a Manager, Professional Services to manage the U.S. Professional Services team and to work with strategic company clients across the U.S. The selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the company’s sales executives and to manage the internal engineering and project management teams to deliver high quality engineering services to support the integration of the company’s products into new and existing clients.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION Professional Services Responsibilities Provides leadership and expert knowledge in solving complex technical and business issues in regards to client IT Infrastructure and build out requirements of new and existing clients. Participates in business development activities including creation of proposals, statements of work and scope definition Facilitates decision-making across technical and business groups Leads teams of engineering and project management consultants in the planning, building and managing of IT Infrastructure Solutions for clients utilizing the company’s market leading WAN Optimization and Security Proxy products. Teams may include clients, subcontractor and other services organizations. Develops and executes complex program plans and schedules Is accountable for quality, cost and schedule of technology services solutions Prioritizes and staffs technical team assignments Establishes and meets budgets Participates in conducting post-project assessments Facilitates knowledge sharing across the organization Will grow consulting services business to expand company presence in key strategic accounts Participates in partnership with the Director of Global Professional Services and company Sales management, in developing goals relating to meeting financial targets in strategic accounts, coordinated account planning, account expansion, consulting service sales, and customer satisfactionTechnical Competencies Ability to develop technical solutions to support business objectives Familiarity with architecture delivery methodologies and risk mitigation through effective project management Computer Skills: A high level understanding of  MS Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%  REQUIREMENTS Qualifications 5 years  min. in "front line" technical consulting, either as an individual contributor or project manager, in a network and security engineering environment 3-5 years min experience in managing IT Infrastructure Professional Service delivery resources 5 year min. in consulting management with experience in engagement delivery in software and/or network infrastructure 3 Years min in Hands-On team management, including team building, performance reviews, etc. Education B.S.
