Manager, IT

We are currently seeking a Manager Information Technology to join us in our New York office. Responsibilities: * Provide support, administration and maintenance for KPMG PBX and voice mail systems * Assist with deployment of new telephony products and services * Act as a service manager for the Halo video conferencing solution in the New York Office * Ensure change management policies are properly followed * Assist with managing the video conference room scheduling process for U.S., resolve scheduling conflicts, define support policies and make process improvements where applicable * Work with external vendor to resolve hardware issues and schedule periodic maintenance and to provide training as required * Provide periodic back-up support for other Halo locations * Collaborate and work closely with support personnel in other offices * Monitor performance levels and trends throughout the firm to determine quality of service within the Voice and Video Services group Qualifications: * Seven years experience in information technology in a project manager or senior level position * Excellent communication (customer relation skills), leadership, administrative and organizational skills * Hands on experience with Avaya Communication Manager and Avaya Modular Messaging * Ability to interact with company Chairman, Executives and Partners in a very competent and professional manner * Strong skills using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook (particularly the calendar feature), Excel, PowerPoint and Word * Strong experience with process development and process improvement * Able to multi-task, work well under pressure and deal calmly with challenging clientele * Able to take ownership of tasks and work issues to completion * Willingness to travel to other locations as required KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
