Due to constant growth they have created a new data quality team, and opened up a new position for a Manager of the Data Operations team. The data operations team currently consists of about 5 individuals, and will be increasing very soon. If you are coming out of a role managing/supervising a solid team with a good track record, and are looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing company then this is the opportunity for you! In this exciting opportunity you will be spear-heading all efforts of the day-to-day tasks of the Data Operations/Quality team. A qualified candidate would possess about 2 years experience in a management or supervising role. Duties would include gathering detailed information on issues/requests from clients, and either rolling up your sleeves and diving into the work, or passing the topic on to the appropriate individual. You would also be responsible for assigning the day's requirements to the team you will be managing. Another big responsibility would be verifying that data imports/exports are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Other qualifications for this position would be MS Access, Excel, as well as some knowledge of SQL. The ideal candidate would be coming out of a highly data driven position.  My client offers a competitive salary and a fantastic benefits package.
