Manager - Corporate Systems

Urban Brands Inc, a specialty retailer of fashionable contemporary and plus size women’s apparel targeting the multi-cultural woman seeks a Manager of Corporate Systems.

 

We are presently seeking a Manager of Corporate Systems with a minimum of  3-5years experience within the retail (specialty retail stores a plus) environment. The ideal candidate would posses the skills to:

 

·  Develop and maintain positive relations with business users of the corporate applications, including Lawson financials, Epicor (NSB) AuditWorks, and ADP Paybase.

·  Work with users and IT staff to troubleshoot and correct production issues with existing processes

·  Work with business users to identify, define, develop and implement improved and upgraded software and procedures related to the various corporate applications

·  Manage the IT team responsible for supporting the accounting, payroll and sales audit applications

·  Train and develop IT staff working in the corporate systems application group

 

Requirements:

·  The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Lawson financial applications, have strong attention to detail and be process oriented, In addition, the successful candidate must  be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize a changing workload and be able to work independently and as part of a cross-departmental team.

 

Experience:

·  The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor's degree (B.S., B.B, must have 2-4 years of experience with Lawson financial applications on iSeries hardware, must also be familiar with ADP Paybase and Epicor (NSB) AuditWorks applications and exposure to DataStage tools and interfaces.
