Philips Consumer Lifestyle operates in the business activities TV, Audio and Video, Personal Care, Small Domestic Appliances, Mother & Child Care, Electronic Accessories and Professional & Business Solutions.Examples of our products are the Whole-fruit juicer, Swarovski encrusted headphones, Aurea ambilight television, Wake-up Light, arcitec shaver and the One-touch espresso machine. Supply Chain Management Your Responsibilities: Provide process improvement, training and training materials, and support for Consumer Lifestyle Customer Facing team in addition to reporting and ICS sampling. This position may also lead or provide support for ad hoc projects as required. 1.Training* Compile /create all training materials and perform all training for the customer logistics, sales forecasting, master data.* Provide best practices to aid in the blueprinting, realization and testing of system updates and process changes.* Lead and participate in projects as required and facilitate workshops as needed.* Champion process improvement and effectively communicate to the user community any changes to systems, processes and procedures.* Understand the concepts and current processes in the customer logistics department in order to lead process improvement initiatives.* Point of contact for questions regarding processes, procedures and troubleshooting of SAP orders.2.Reporting*Provide combined sales flash report for N.A. Consumer Lifestyle daily.* Monitor Billing Due list in addition to other outstanding direct deliveries with a goal to meet revenue recognition each month. Escalate billing issues as they arise.* Provide Make the Month" status weekly to include direct shipments, domestic shipments, and FOB invoicing status. Update should include issues regarding DN's and missing orders.* Gather ICS reporting samplings monthly on quantity changes and past due orders for audit preparation.* Be the point of contact for monthly account reconciliation for Customer Logistics Specialist questions and issues and notify Demand Planners upon completion.* Monitor CR8 Z2 report monthly and request missing customer information be added to master data accordingly for account accuracy.* Provide assistance as needed to Vendor Relations regarding external score cards and FCSL tracking.* Provide information for monthly ops reviews consisting of highlights, lowlights, opportunities, risks, top ten reports, sold-to counts by location, etc. as needed.* Assess the proper billing time for direct delivery, air and FOB orders (in compliance with ICS standards).*Ensure that all the systems properly reflect the business requirements.* Provide assistance to Customer Logistics Specialists as needed to ensure proper training and consistent ways of working.* Good prioritization is required due to the multiple disciplines and business functions that are addressed by this position. Your Profile: Education: 4 year degree or equivalent experience.Experience: 3 + years of experience in two or more of the following:customer facing environment, preparing and presenting training material, training co-workers and new hires, order execution in a consumer products environment, exposure to supply chain planning issues and concepts, business analysis and reporting, sales operations. Applications: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (excel, PowerPoint, access). Experience in Outlook, SAP and APO DP and data warehouse is preferred.
