Major Corporation in Torrance is seeking Entry Purchasing Assistant with Japanese/English skill.

 

Description
TOP Group is a specialist recruiting company that works with businesses throughout the West coast and the United States that specializes in working with Japanese-related businesses. Currently, we are looking for a Purchasing Assistant for an International Japanese corporation.

The position deals in:

· Handle International and domestic circuit pricings and provisioning.

· Handle equipments quotes and orders

· Handle documentation and filing

· Handle Vendor’s development

· Handle internal order process

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements
Requirements:

n  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

n  Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

n  Excellent attention to detail

n  Executive Assistant experience is a plus

n  Japanese language ability is MUST

n  Ability to work independently

n  Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

n  Ability to multi-task
