Mainframe QA Analyst, long-term contract, Jefferson City, MO
Analysts International Corporation, a diversified IT services firm, is seeking a Mainframe Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This is a long-term contract position located in Jefferson City, MO.
Description:Functions as a part of the Project Management Office (PMO)Assist in creating a quality code review process and system using REXX and CLISTsRun code through the system to check that it meets coding standards as defined in the CLISTsThis person will monitor, evaluate, recommend and add additional functionality (quality checks) to the system as required
Qualifications:Strong QA experience documenting requirements, processes, procedures and outcomes.Strong Mainframe Cobol coding experienceStrong experience with REXX and CLISTsStrong experience with code review and developing test criteria and executing test processes.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.Ability to articulate issues and identify system requirements on a professional level.Ability to communicate technical and non-technical issues and requirements with technical staff.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
