Lotus Notes Admin / Escalation Specialist

This will include working with developers to plan deployment of applications into the production domain. It will also include validating database design standards and moving them from development to production. The database check process will include database property management, design management, ACL's, template usage and distribution, HTTP enablement and setup via server administration, replication schedules, and following databases through their lifecycle. Essential Job Functions:Duties include documentation of procedures and performing 2nd or 3rd level problem resolution. Lotus Notes 5.x, 6.x and 7.x Application Development General Knowledge of Lotus Notes 5.x, 6.x and 7.x Server Administration and Support Lotus Notes Client Workstation troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems TCPIP Protocol Experience with Admin Tools Experience with MAPI tools Experience with Team Studio Experience with ODBC Connectors Critical Skills:Experience with Notes Application Development Experience supporting Notes servers in a production environment Experience and strong understanding of Database Management and Database Lifecycle. Strong understanding of Database Replication Strong understanding of Templates, ACL's, HTTP, and Calendaring Strong problem solving skills and attention to documentation Experience with Server operating system and file management Support Center procedures Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures Experience working with database creation techniques and database management systems (DBMS) Experience working with performance modeling and benchmarking skills and relational databases Other Qualifications Good analytical and problem solving skills Good programming skills for database management and general software Good communication skills for providing documentation to support personnel, customers, and managers Good leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel Ability to work in a team environment Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action Willingness to travel scjobs Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
