LiveLink Migration Specialist

Deliverables:
•Implementation and configuration of the new OpenText ECM 2010 – Content Lifecycle Management solution with a bilingual (English and French) user interface;
•Implementation of Enterprise Connect tool to maintain integration with MS Outlook 2003 and newer version (MS Outlook 2010)
•Migration of existing records and related data from Livelink Records Server v.9.2.0.0 to the new system.


Qualifications and Requirements:

•The Proponent must have proven experience in Project Management and shall employ a formal project management methodology.
•The Proponent must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the field of management of corporate information assets and experience in Enterprise Content Management systems, principles and current best practices.
•The Proponent must demonstrate knowledge and experience in Records Management principles and current best practices particularly, in records management within the Government of Canada.
•The Proponent must demonstrate knowledge and experience in implementation and configuration of OpenText ECM 2010 Content Lifecycle Management system.
•The Proponent must demonstrate knowledge and experience in data migration from Livelink Record Server to OpenText ECM Content Lifecycle Management systems.
•The Proponent must have a demonstrated proficiency in communication both written and oral.
•The Proponent must demonstrate experience and a thorough knowledge of information and IT Security best practices and IT Security risk mitigation strategies.
•The Proponent must demonstrate thorough knowledge and experience relevant to the understanding of Government of Canada’s legislation and policies; GC Privacy Act, Access to Information Act, Privacy and Data Protection Policy, Library and Archives Canada Act...
•Bilingual (French / English)
•Valid Government security clearance
