Litigation Technology Specialist

Large law firm in the Financial District is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Technology Specialist.

Responsibilities:
-Support management through all litigation and litigation technology projects and phases, including working with clients and case teams to automate cases and project costs with databases and database design.
-Assist with management of IPRO scanning and image retrieval systems. Provide training on and support with image retrieval, database formatting, table conversions, data entry, and imports/exports of databases.
-Concordance experience ideal
-Develop and maintain internal contacts to ensure computerized practice needs are met and to develop solutions to litigation technology problems. 
-Meet with attorneys and paralegals to discuss current, upcoming projects and technology needs.
-Support, train and implement software product needs for Litigation Department, including databases, trial technology, spreadsheets, graphics and integration of software tools.
-Research and maintain extensive knowledge of trends, developments and new technologies affecting the department.
-Participate in teams and groups designed to streamline workflow and solve issues within the department.
-Maintain a high level of confidentiality of all records and files.

Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in related field (Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
-3 years experience of litigation support/paralegal experience. Ideally from a law firm or corporate environment.
-Comprehensive working knowledge of Litigation Technology applications (LiveNote, Concordance, Sanction, CaseMap). Proficient computer skills using email, spreadsheets, database, presentation, time and attendance and organizational/planning software.
-Able to work in high-pressure environment, while completing assignments in accurate and timely manner. Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
-Able to interact with all levels of management and staff. Successful candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
