Programming Analysis LeadAs a SR. or Lead Programmer Analyst in Care Delivery BIO you will be providing Development and production support for Web Components of Enterprise Provider Services (EPS AKA CPM) systemsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.) Provide supports to the existing systems.2.) Performs software coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and installation tasks in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards.3.) Contributes to development, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities.4.) Participates in problem definition and problem resolution activities.5.) Participates in analysis and definition of efficient, cost effective application solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements.6.) Coordinates with other team members to provide associated deliverables required for the successful completion of development and maintenance assignments (e.g. database development, job scheduling, client implementation readiness, testing, documentation etc.). 7.) Can independently perform and guide, assist or mentor others in software coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and installation tasks for on-line and batch processes in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards in all phases of major system and subsystem development, implementation, and post-implementation processes. 8.) Attend trainings to learn the existing system. Learn the change management process and documentation. Demonstrate experience in different levels of coding, design and documentation. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 1.) This position requires a BA/BS with 5 years of related experience with complex organizations, 2+ years of senior level development/engineering experience, and direct experience with the design development and deployment of web applications and related technologies and related protocols. 2.) Demonstrated excellence in technical skills and knowledge of J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Struts, JNDI, XML, JavaScript and have strong UI programming language experience; Mainframe (MVS, Cobol, DB2 and CICS, experience with common development environments such as Eclipse/RAD; knowledge of WAS (WebSphere Application Server); knowledge of SOA and Web Services technologies is a major plus; and Superior technical written and oral communication skills.3.) Experience in testing, planning, and coordination.4.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5.) Excellent organizational, time management and change management skills.6.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7.) Full life-cycle developmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1.
