If you meet any of our current/future requirements for J2EE Lead Developers we will be in contact with you.  Responsibilities: Need: Highly experienced J2EE Lead Developer that can mentor and provide guidance to a Systems Analyst development team. Approximate development team size is 4-8 analysts. Responsibilities Include: Partnering with a Client J2EE experienced analysts to transfer J2EE knowledge and share best practices. Developing WebSphere/J2EE leads as quickly as possible. Developing technical specifications. Completing development work and project deliverables as assigned or requested. Implementing software solutions and resolving J2EE related issues. Participating in project team meetings and discussions. Participating in component designing, coding, testing and quality reviews. Understanding and supporting Client Project Methodology. Developing code reflecting Client Technical Architecture standards. Required Skills:Experience with Presentation and User Task Logic Technologies (JSPs, Servlets, Struts, JSF,JMS, JNDI). Experience with Business Integration Layer (EJBs), WSAD, HTML,  XML, JUnit and Rational XDE Developer Tools, Websphere Application Server 5.0  Minimum of the 3 years of recent experience with J2EE/OO concepts. Object-oriented analysis and design skills (Level 4) Proven ability to lead a newly-trained J2EE (Websphere) development team. Proven ability to provide technical consultation and technical direction to others Proven capability in providing impromptu teaching and mentoring opportunities. Experience in model-driven development (building, analyzing, designing, and deploying models). Experience deploying J2EE applications in Unix or Z/OS platforms. Broad knowledge of (Security, UML, OO design, design patterns, DB2, MQ)  Additional Skills (not required, but helpful):Dimensions, DB2 versions 8.0, Business Logic and Data Technologies (JNDI, JMS, JAAS, JCA, JDBC)  Critical competencies·  Excellent communication skills·  Strong problem-solving skills·  Ability to navigate the organization·  Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills·  Leadership skills - the ability to set direction, make decisions, and lead a team·  Proven ability to get results CIBER, Inc.
