Skills Required:
ASP.NET, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Thorough understanding of SQL database technologies
Thorough understanding of web based application security
Ability to effectively express complicated technical issues to non-technical team members
Strong analytical problem solving skills to complement a strong development skill set
Team player
Must have 4-5 years in professional development environment that includes hands-on experience as lead developer / architect. Should have experience in both maintenance and new development.
Competencies must include:
Write secure presentation layer code (in ASP.NET environment) for database intensive applications
Write core processing components in C#
Design databases & write stored procedures in MS SQL Server 2005
Write good system documentation
Consistently use source control
Work as a member of a team with business analysts and requirement gathering staff to ensure proper feature list is developed, tested and implemented correctly.
