Lead Automated Tester needed in Beautiful Jacksonville, FL
Lead Automated Tester: IN-Person interview required!
QA Analyst needed to complete Unit, Integration and System level software testing. Must be a multitasker able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Will be required to create & execute test cases and regression test software. Candidate will need experience of testing automation, and may be required to automate the manual scripts. Candidate must possess a strong knowledge of testing processes and be able to adapt these to an Agile Model.
Initiate and complete all aspects of testing to include but not limited to the following:Develop test cases, test scripts and use Rational Testing Tools, to execute all software testing (manual and automated)Conduct test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality Utilize Rational ClearCase for Test Documentation and version controlPerform Integration Testing between application and external application/data sourcesIdentify and create test data needed for executionCoordinate test environment setup and maintenanceUtilize Rational ClearQuest to record, report and track defectsWork with development team to resolve defects
Requirements: 6 years experience in Software Quality AssuranceStrong grasp of SQL (inner and outer) joins.Experience with Windows XP and MS Office experienceMust possess excellent written and verbal communicaitons skillsExperience working with Java/J2EE, XML, Oracle, and WebThorough understanding of TOAD or SQL Enterprise Manager and proficient with SQL QueriesThe ability to manage multiple tasks, following through from start to completion with minimal supervision2+ years experience with testing tools, Defect Tracking tool, preferably Rational Suite Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time Proficient in testing processes, standards and methodologies Ability to understand existing data models and database structure Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Working knowledge of SDLC – Software Development Life Cycle 2+ years experience in automation (WinRunner or Functional Tester)
