Location: Saint Louis, MO 63146 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Reference Code: 1001143193 Lead Application DeveloperTo help us continue driving their business forward, our client is in search of an experienced Lead Application Developer to join their team in St. Louis, MO.This is a direct hire position. Job Description & Responsibilities - Assists Application Development team with the creation of broad based technology direction and standards to achieve cost effective adoption of emerging technologies. .- Provides research analysis as directed of technologies used to develop in house application solutions as well as connection of in house applications to established vendors.- Delivers Sr. level expertise and support in resolving customer application issues.- Provides technical mentoring and support for other application development team members. Requirements & Skills- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field. - 5 years experience in a complex business and information systems environment.- 7 years experience developing web-based application solutions.- Experience in object oriented development and design.- 5 years experience developing applications that utilize an Oracle or MS SQL Server DBMS.- Prior experience with Agile methodology.- Detailed analysis and design with projects implementing Struts, Spring, and Hibernate.- Deep understanding of OOA/OOP design patterns.- Project management and planning skills.- Knowledge of directory services including LDAP.- Analysis in AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming).- Ability to travel up to 20%. 10+ years of professional experience. U.S. Citizenship, Green Card, or EAD required. No Corp-to-Corp please.
