Pittsburgh ATM Helpdesk Associate The responsibilities include:· 1st/2nd level problem management for Agent Bank ATM Network  · Handle incoming call volume within defined service levels· Use hardware/software resources to monitor network status and assist in fault isolation for ATM network problems· Monitor the Tandem platform and Base 24 Application to detect processing issues.  · Work with clients and vendors to troubleshoot and/or escalate ATM or network problems.  Candidate requirements:· Excellent customer service skills required · Basic telecommunications and help desk background preferred · Familiarity with MS Office, tandem, ACI base 24 applications helpful · Looking for a professional/organized resource with great communication willing to grow with the organization  Shifts Needed· Twilight - 3pm to 11:30 pm, working every other weekend on a rotating schedule A 10 year background check and a drug test is required prior to starting. Compensation is $25,000 including full benefit package.  Location: Pittsburgh, ts 15222 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: IT/Software Development Company: CIBER, Inc.
