Junior IT Support Specialist

Evolvent Technologies, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Junior IT  Support Specialist to work under the supervision of the IT Manager, in our Corporate Headquarters in Falls Church, VA. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 0 to 3 years of related experience. Primary responsibilities include: 

- deploying, maintaining, and upgrading desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices and applications in a Windows environment (some knowledge/experience with Linux is a plus) 

- resolving technical problems and monitoring the resolution of outstanding issues

- researching and executing new initiates as requested

- maintaining a focus customer service and possessing a can-do attitude 

- exhibiting a desire to learn new technologies and creatively solving technical issues

- position requires US Citizenship
