Work Environment
Onliners are more than just members of a great team – they are an integral part of Online’s DNA.
We generally like to get up and go to work. But we’re not all about work. We believe it’s important to keep work in proper perspective of the “bigger things in life.” Perfect balance is struck when we can hardly wait to get to work in the morning and we can hardly wait to get home at the end of the day.
Our success depends upon our ability to foster a “Culture of Innovation.” We encourage Onliners to be innovative, explore their possibilities, and discover the limits of their potential.
We believe it’s important for Onliners to get the most out of their careers, so we assign local guides, or Career Mentors. These mentors help Onliners assess where they are today, help them understand where we are traveling as a company and, in that context, help them plan their future career path.
While we offer all the standard benefits that others do, we also offer professional development budgets that are second to none. We know that we need to stay on the leading edge of technology. It’s all about stretching and being brave, without getting in over our heads.
