Java consultants needed for Madison, WI for long term Project.
Please thoroughly screen your candidates on their Java coding skills. If a candidate makes it past the first phone interview screen, we would like the candidate to come in for an in-person interview. Part of the interview involves testing on Java coding. Junit testing

Requisition Comments
Senior JAVA developer/designers will be involved in:

Critical Skills Required:
1. Senior JAVA Developer/Designer.
2. Must have excellent communications skills.
3. Strong Java/J2EE Development & Design skills.

2. Websphere/WSAD
3. Service Oriented Architecture concepts
4. Struts

5. Spring, Spring JDBC

6. XML, XSD, XSLT

7. Enterprise Architecture

8. JUnit

9. N-tier web applications

10. Maven

11. Hudson

12. Ant

13. CVS

14. Web application development (all phases of the lifecycle)

15. Design Patterns

16. RDBMS (especially Oracle and DB2)

17. Insurance experience helpful
