Position: ERP Support Manager, Oracle R-12



We are looking for an experienced Manager to drive the success of our Oracle R12 ERP implementation. This person will be the critical link for service delivery to our functional areas (e.g. Finance/Accounting, HR and Procurement) and our out-sourced vendor. If you are an exceptionally strong communicator who thrives at relationship building and management, this is a uniquely exciting opportunity.

With our Corporate objective to build application and infrastructure integration at a global level, this is a highly visible position. We are very much in a transformational phase as we build our strategy to create synergies amongst our various products and services and implement new levels of functionality, efficiencies and economies of scale .



Roles and Responsibilities

* Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration efforts
* Review design approaches and ensure they follow industry best practices as well as comply with any applicable Iron Mountain Standards
* Ensure Oracle ERP is used out-of-the box to its best potential before considering/approving any customizations (demonstrated product knowledge)
* Ensures support/technical teams are following a documented SDLC (including any internal standards and their own)
* Communicates and enforce design and coding standards
* Create a work environment which would encourage team members to express their creativity and take risk in solving problems with new approaches/solutions
* Remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices
* Perform code reviews and advise developers on industry standards
* Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Be the first level Management escalation point for all production issues (for both support teams and customers)
* Work with other Iron Mountain teams (Business and various parts of IT) in resolving cross functional issues



Job Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in enterprise ERP implementations.
* Experience implementing Oracle R12 is a must!
* Proven prior experience working with offshore support teams
* Proven prior experience working with Oracle Support including escalation of Support issues, working with Oracle for addressing Sev 1 issues on time (on a 24x7 basis)
* Prior experience managing offshore vendors based on clearly established SLAs (SLA data collection, SLA reporting, identifying remediation actions for underperforming SLAs)
* Strong communication skills (customer facing and with offshore teams) – both written and verbal
* Understands Oracle ERP database structure and effectively employ different design techniques while implementing custom solution (if need be)
