Internet Solutions Architect & Team Manager

Salary to $110+

 

System Source—a leading IT consulting and integration firm in the Baltimore-Washington area—seeks a person to manage software developers and the process to understand customer needs and deliver against them.

 

In this key role, you will provide technical leadership for our breadth of Internet Solution offerings, work closely with our sales representatives to develop business opportunities, evaluate customer needs, write and present proposals, and manage project delivery.

 

Candidate Profile:

 

· Software development – especially attractive skills:

o Microsoft .NET 2.0 or higher framework

o SharePoint 2007 and related Microsoft Office enterprise technologies

· Project management

· Business analysis

· Small group management

 

This position is a decision making position managing a team of developers reporting to the Director of Internet Services. Advancement opportunities available through senior management or technical areas. 

 

This Hunt Valley, Maryland based position requires excellent written and oral communications, group presentation abilities, and organizational skills.  The environment is non-divisive with teamwork practiced.  This strategy allows staff members to apply all their energies to their clients’ needs.  Our sales come from an extensive seminar program and referrals from other System Source departments.
