Internal Sales & Service (ISS)

ISS team member will be paired with client focused AE’s to own existing client relationships and drive new revenue opportunities from client base.

 

Strives to meet company revenue goals while maintaining client satisfaction and working positively with outside sales to enhance the client relationship experience.

 

Provide service and sales to existing client base as well as assist in the continued expansion of our client base through inside telephone sales and client takeover opportunities.

 

  Sales Responsibilities

 

§  Segment client base to identify revenue opportunities. 

§  Coordinate with and educate PSO to uncover opportunities within client base.

§  Coordinate with AE’s in assigned territory on annual client plans including upgrades, renewals, up-sell opportunities, service engagements, etc.

§  Work with corporate maintenance processing team on all annual maintenance renewals within assigned territory.

§  Call into client base around marketing promotions and internal campaigns.

§  Coordinate with publisher representatives(Microsoft & 3rd party) to identify and attract takeover accounts and opportunities within current client base. 

§  Coordinate the monthly forecasting of client revenue through CRM reporting and build sales analysis client reporting.

§  Coordinate and participate with existing client special projects and events like Convergence and holiday open house parties. Service Responsibilities

§  Assist clients with local requests(registration keys, etc.)

§  Assist ASD with service order requirements

§  Coordinate client user group meetings

§  Update the Microsoft VOICE system, as well as update ePartners CRM for any client change information.

§  Call into client base for client satisfaction review

Education, Skills and Qualification Requirements

§  Bachelors Degree in a relevant major or equivalent life experience

§  2-4 years selling business applications and associated consulting skills

§  Experience selling to an existing client base.  Good phone skills.

§  Basic understanding of ePartners implementation process

§  Understanding of MSCRM

§  Understanding of Dynamics Partner business

§  Strong problem solving skills and capable of delving into details when required

§  Excellent presence, maturity, and presentation skills

§  Experienced, motivated, self-starter with a willingness to accept and work in a rapidly changing environment

§  Honesty in company, client and external interactions.

§  Comfortable with interacting with clients at all levels

§  Effective oral and written communication skills

§  Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and have a flexible positive attitude

§  Excellent communication skills

  Performance Metrics

 

§  ISS team members are measured by their assigned territory total software & service budget for fiscal year and achievement of maintenance renewals revenue goals for territory.
