Responsible for maintaining Web Application and Field Assessment Tool (FAT). Serve as FSA for both the ESOHCAMP and Cultural Natural Resources (CNR) web applications. Providing support to both National Guard Bureau (NGB) Readiness Center personnel as well as field community. Develop backup and contingency plans and execute when necessary. Maintain the integrity and security of servers and systems. Ensure systems, servers, workstations, peripherals, communications devices, and software are on-line, supported, patched and in compliance with policy. Make recommendations for hardware and software purchases to include interacting with third party technology vendors and internal database support. Understand the customer's mission and be completely knowledgeable of hardware and software capabilities and limitations supporting the functional system from the user's terminal to the server. Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems current with technology (such as thin clients, virtualization, and convergence). Responsible for the installation and configuration of desktop systems for new and existing clients. Answer Systems Help Desk phone and resolve user questions about the application and assist customer with trouble shooting issues in the client’s end-user environments. From the Government provided requirements document, the contractor shall perform the Phase II analysis and product development of the ESOCAMP Information System (IS). Candidates will also work with the developer to design and create user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use.  REQUIREMENTS:  **Must be a US Citizen and hold an active Secret clearance**Experience in support/development of Web-based applications in an open environment would be an asset. Must be familiar with Section 508 requirements and be able to integrate those requirements into Web designs in accordance with NGB requirements. Analyze and evaluate current front-end design/usability challenges and implement effective design solutions. Design prototypes for user testing and design solutions based on user feedback. Lead the design lifecycle utilizing the following deliverables: site maps, page flows, wire frames, prototypes, and full screen comps. Create and maintain the design style guide and user experience guidelines. Be able to deliver for a range of design needs including icons, splash pages, navigation components, skins, feature stories, animations, marketing materials and micro sites. Must have advanced skills and knowledge of Cold Fusion, Java Script, Action Script, HTML and XML.  Knowledge of C#, VB.Net or other .Net programming language highly desired.  Build websites using technologies that conform to DoD standards and make sure that they’re universally accessible.
