Inside Sales Account Manager

Florance & Associates Consulting is a value-added information technology systems integrator and consulting firm. Florance & Associates Consulting helps customers optimize their network assets and secure their information technology infrastructure and data. We sell and support solutions developed by leading IT manufacturers. Our customer base is in the Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana area. We have been in business 11 years and, to further our growth, are seeking an inside sales account manager.

The inside sales account manager reports to the business development manager and will help grow our existing market base as well as extend new products into our current customers. Those seeking this position should have a good understanding of computer network infrastructure matters as well as being versed in today’s information technology security issues. This individual must be a team player with the desire and energy to achieve high goals. This individual must understand and accomplish both short and long term territory expansion goals. The inside sales account manager must have excellent communications skills, understand the importance of preparation and be able to execute well.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Obtain, maintain, and readily articulate a comprehensive understanding Florance & Associates Consulting’s offerings and their relationship to a client's critical business issues
• Maintain a heavy degree of outbound prospecting in both existing and new companies
• Build pipeline through prospecting and contacting leads generated by vendors
• Qualify leads for further potential
• Maintain a constant schedule of prospect onsite meeting, video and telephone conferences
• Coordinate sales and technical resources to assist in the closure business opportunities.
• Take advantage of opportunities to close business opportunities to take receive increased commissions
• Provide accurate and timely reports
• Align strategies to meet the overall business objectives
